Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, please review our cancellation policy below:
- Notice Requirement
You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited deposit.
- Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled once without penalty if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
Additional reschedules may require a new deposit.
- Late Arrivals
A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
After 15 minutes, a $15 late fee will be applied.
After 30 minutes, the appointment may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.

Refund Policy
We value your satisfaction but also respect the time and effort that goes into preparing for each service.
- Services
All service sales are final once the appointment is completed.
If you are unhappy with a service, contact us within 24 hours to discuss a correction (no refunds).
- Deposits
All deposits are part of the total cost of the service. refunds of deposit will only be made if you follow our terms and conditions. See terms and condition page
- Retail Products
All retail product sales are final. Please inspect items before purchase.
- Missed Appointments
Missed or no-show appointments forfeit the deposit and may require full payment upfront for future bookings.
